Parties au contrat
Le présent contrat est conclu entre Yoga Rive (ci-après « le Studio ») et l’élève dont les coordonnées figurent au début de ce document (ci-après « l’Élève »).
Description des services
Le Studio propose :

Un programme de Yoga Prénatal, conçu pour accompagner la grossesse et préparer l’accouchement.

Un programme de Yoga Postnatal, conçu pour accompagner le post-partum et soutenir la maternité.
Abonnements et paiements
Le Studio propose quatre types d’abonnements :

Abonnement prénatal mensuel : 189 CHF, valable 1 mois à compter de l’achat, avec renouvellement automatique tous les 30 jours.

Abonnement prénatal trimestriel : 487 CHF, valable 3 mois à compter de l’achat, avec renouvellement automatique tous les 3 mois.

Abonnement prénatal premium : 745 CHF, valable 5 mois à compter de l’achat, sans renouvellement automatique.

Abonnement postnatal : 378 CHF, valable 2 mois, sans renouvellement automatique.
Période de facturation et paiements
Les abonnements sont facturés automatiquement selon la période correspondante.
En cas de retard de paiement, des frais supplémentaires de 10 % seront appliqués.
Annulation d’abonnement prénatal
L’Élève peut annuler son abonnement à tout moment avant le début d’une nouvelle période de facturation.
L’annulation entraîne la perte d’accès aux cours et aux avantages associés à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
Les abonnements ne peuvent pas être suspendus, uniquement annulés.
Procédure d’annulation : les abonnements de 1 et 3 mois se renouvellent automatiquement. Si vous souhaitez les annuler, que ce soit pour des raisons personnelles ou en raison de votre accouchement, merci de le faire à l’avance. L’annulation prendra effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Pour annuler, envoyez un e-mail à info@sol-alonso.com
Annulation d’abonnement postnatal
Cet abonnement ne peut être ni annulé ni mis en pause. Il est valable uniquement pour la durée du programme choisi et prend fin automatiquement à son terme.
Politiques d’annulation des cours prénatals
L’Élève doit annuler sa réservation au moins 4 heures avant le début du cours via le calendrier de réservation du Studio.
Si l’Élève ne peut assister à aucun cours pendant la semaine, elle pourra accéder à un cours en replay sans frais supplémentaires.
Politiques pour les cours postnatals
Il n’est pas nécessaire de réserver ou d’annuler. L’inscription au programme inclut automatiquement toutes les séances.
Fréquentation et horaires (prénatal)
L’Élève a accès à un cours par semaine ainsi qu’à un cours en replay, sans horaire fixe imposé.
Elle peut assister à n’importe quel créneau disponible, à condition de réserver sa place au plus tard 2 heures avant le début du cours.
Situations exceptionnelles (prénatal et postnatal)
En cas de voyage, maladie ou toute autre situation empêchant l’assistance aux cours, l’Élève peut annuler son abonnement pour éviter des frais supplémentaires.
L’annulation prendra effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
Aucun remboursement n’est accordé pour les cours manqués.
En cas d’annulation, l’Élève perd sa place mais pourra souscrire un nouvel abonnement ultérieurement.
Remboursements et assurance maladie
L’Élève peut être éligible à un remboursement via son assurance complémentaire, mais non via la LAMal. Il lui incombe de vérifier directement avec son assureur.
Jours fériés
Le Studio est fermé pendant les jours fériés officiels du canton de Genève. Durant ces périodes, un cours en replay sera mis à disposition.
Conditions de participation

L’Élève doit arriver 20 minutes avant son premier cours prénatal pour un entretien préalable, puis 5 à 10 minutes avant les cours suivants.

Il est recommandé de porter des vêtements confortables, d’apporter une bouteille d’eau, et d’éviter bijoux et parfums forts.

Aucun matériel de yoga n’est requis.

Postnatal : merci d’apporter un jouet pour le bébé et un porte-bébé (écharpe, si utilisé).

En complétant sa fiche d’inscription, l’Élève confirme avoir lu, compris et accepté le présent contrat, et s’engage à respecter les politiques établies par le Studio.

Contracting Parties
This contract is entered into between Yoga Rive (hereinafter “the Studio”) and the student whose details appear at the beginning of this document (hereinafter “the Student”).
Description of Services
The Studio offers:

A Prenatal Yoga programme designed to support pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

A Postnatal Yoga programme designed to support the postnatal period and motherhood.
Subscriptions and Payments
The Studio offers four types of subscriptions:

Prenatal Monthly Subscription: CHF 189, valid for 1 month from the date of purchase, with automatic renewal every 30 days.

Prenatal Three-Month Subscription: CHF 487, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, with automatic renewal every 3 months.

Prenatal Premium Subscription: CHF 745, valid for 5 months from the date of purchase, without automatic renewal.
-
Postnatal Subscription: CHF 378, valid for 2 months, without automatic renewal.
Billing Period and Payments
Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the relevant period.
In case of late payments, an additional fee of 10% will be applied.
Cancellation of Prenatal Subscription
The Student may cancel her subscription at any time before the start of a new billing period.
Cancellation will result in the loss of access to classes and associated benefits at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions cannot be suspended, only cancelled.
Cancellation procedure: The 1-month and 3-month subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel, whether for personal reasons or due to childbirth, please do so in advance. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, send an email to info@sol-alonso.com
Cancellation of Postnatal Subscription
This subscription cannot be cancelled or paused. It is valid only for the duration of the chosen programme and will end automatically upon its completion.
Prenatal Class Cancellation Policy
The Student must cancel her booking at least 4 hours before the start of the class via the Studio’s booking calendar.
If the Student cannot attend any class during the week, she may access an on-demand class at no extra cost.
Postnatal Class Policy
It is not necessary to book or cancel. Registration for the programme automatically includes all classes.
Attendance and Scheduling (Prenatal)
The Student has access to one class per week and one on-demand class, without a fixed schedule. Reservations must be made in advance.
She may attend any available class time, provided her place is reserved at least 2 hours before the start of the class.
Special Circumstances (Prenatal and Postnatal)
In case of travel, illness, or any situation preventing attendance at in-person classes, the Student may cancel her subscription to avoid additional charges.
Cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be granted for missed classes.
If cancelled, the Student will lose her place but may subscribe again at any time.
Reimbursements and Health Insurance
The Student may be eligible for reimbursement through her complementary health insurance, but not via LAMal. It is the Student’s responsibility to verify details directly with her insurer.
Public Holiday Policy
The Studio will be closed on official public holidays in the Canton of Geneva. During these periods, an on-demand class will be made available.
Class Requirements

The Student must arrive 20 minutes before her first prenatal class for an introductory interview, and 5–10 minutes before subsequent classes.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, along with a water bottle, and avoiding jewellery and strong perfumes.

No yoga equipment is required.

Postnatal: please bring a toy for the baby and a baby carrier (wrap, if used).

Contract Acceptance
By completing the registration form, the Student confirms that she has read, understood and accepted this contract, and agrees to comply with the policies established by the Studio.
