It is a 20-class program designed by Sol Alonso that accompanies pregnancy and prepares for childbirth. It lasts for 5 months, but you can start at any time, and it is not mandatory to complete the full 5 months.

The program includes 9 Full Body Prenatal Yoga Classes and 11 Prenatal Therapeutic Classes. You can also attend our 3 Special Prenatal Workshops separately.

These are classes designed to keep you active during pregnancy, adapted to different levels: gentle, intermediate, and dynamic.

These classes focus on relieving pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, sciatica, water retention, anxiety, and other symptoms.

They include: Pelvic Awareness and Pelvic Floor, Childbirth Preparation (for couples), and Breastfeeding Preparation (for couples).

Each class and workshop is semi-private, with a maximum of 5 participants or 5 couples for the workshops.

With any subscription, you have access to one weekly class and one on-demand class.

No, you can attend any available time slot, but be sure to book in advance through our calendar. Reservations can be made up to 3 hours before the class.

Cancel through the booking calendar at least 6 hours before the class so that another client can use the spot.

You will have access to an on-demand class to take from wherever you are.

Cancel your subscription in advance to avoid additional charges. By cancelling, you will lose your spot in the classes, but you can start a new subscription when you return.

If you have mild discomfort, we recommend attending the class so we can address it there. If your health prevents you from exercising, cancel your subscription. You can start a new one when you feel better.

The price is 189 CHF, and is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. The billing period is 30 days and it will automatically renew if not canceled.

The price is 487 CHF, and is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The billing period is 3 months and it will automatically renew if not canceled.

The price is 745 CHF, and is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase, and includes exclusive benefits. The billing period is 5 months and it does not renew automatically.

The 1- and 3-month subscriptions renew automatically, and you will receive the invoice by email. If you don’t receive it, check your Spam folder or contact us. A 10% late fee applies for overdue payments.

It is not possible to pause a subscription; you can only cancel it at the end of the billing period.

You can cancel at any time, but make sure to do so before a new billing period starts.

You can generally get a refund through your supplementary insurance but not through LAMal. Check with your insurance provider for more details.

Arrive 20 minutes early for an introductory interview. For subsequent classes, arrive 5-10 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and avoid wearing jewelry and strong perfumes. You do not need to bring yoga equipment.

The studio will be closed during the official holidays of the Canton of Geneva. You will have access to an on-demand class.
