Conscious Birth Preparation Cycle
Three complementary sessions to support you during pregnancy, addressing the body, birth, and the first days with your baby.
Session 1
Pelvic Floor Awareness
Connect with your pelvic floor and prepare for childbirth.
The pelvic floor plays an essential role during pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery.
This session helps you better understand and feel this often overlooked area of the body.
During the workshop we will explore:

the role of the pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth
-
how to release and activate the pelvic floor in a balanced way
-
the connection between breathing, posture and the pelvic floor
-
simple exercises to help prevent certain discomforts
-
preparing the pelvic floor for birth
We will also dedicate time to learning perineal massage, which can be practiced towards the end of pregnancy.
Session 2
Birthing with Love
Conscious movement and breathing for a transformative birth.
Birth is a deeply physical process.
During this session, we explore practical tools to support labour through the body, breathing and movement.
The intention is to feel, experience and integrate resources that can be helpful on the day of birth.
During the workshop we will practice:

breathing techniques to help move through contractions

movements and positions that support labour and baby’s descent
-
exercises to release the pelvis and encourage mobility during labour
-
simple practices to remain present and relaxed during intense sensations
-
practical tools for the partner or support person to actively help during labour
This session is highly practical: the tools are explored through the body so that everyone leaves with simple references that can be easily used during labour.
Session 3
Breastfeed with Confidence
Discover practical tools for breastfeeding and create a unique bond with your baby.
The first days with a newborn can be intense, full of discoveries and adjustments.
This session helps you approach breastfeeding and the early days with your baby with greater clarity and confidence.
We will explore:

how breastfeeding begins after birth

recognising baby’s hunger cues
-
comfortable breastfeeding positions
-
understanding newborn rhythms
-
preventing common breastfeeding challenges
The goal is to provide solid foundations while respecting the rhythm and choices of each family.
