Through a physical and progressive approach, Pelvic Floor Awareness guides you in exploring, strengthening, and relaxing this essential area, leading to a smoother birth and better postpartum recovery.

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families in a wide range of settings: one-to-one consultations, group workshops and hospital environments.
Through Yoga Rive in Geneva, I offer a holistic approach, grounded in years of professional experience, to navigate pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period with greater ease and clarity.
And for those who can’t attend in person, I created The Mamifera Lab — my online platform that brings together all my virtual classes and workshops around motherhood, yoga and postnatal care.
